Cancellation of reservation 30 days or more before arrival: 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellation 29 days or less to date of arrival: total booking amount is non-refundable. However, guests will have six-months from original arrival date, to use credit towards a future stay.

Pet policies vary by property. Some of our villas are pet-friendly while others are not. Please check the property details or contact us to confirm pet policies for your chosen villa.

Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Pool heating is included for most properties during the winter months (November - April). During summer months, pools are heated only upon request and may incur an additional fee.
